1. This compost turner is composed of a diesel engine driving system, hydraulic driving system, crawler walking system, front collecting rake device, turning drum device, and rear flip device.
There are two control methods: manual control and remote control. The advantage of remote control is that it allows operators to stay away from the odor and dust generated by waste in production, providing a comfortable working environment for operators.

(1) The power source of this engine is a diesel engine. The engine adopts the best Yuchai four-cylinder 242 KW engine in China, which has strong and stable performance. All moving parts of the equipment are driven by hydraulic power, making this compost turner suitable for all working conditions and suitable for turning all kinds of materials.
(2) The strong drum with a diameter of 1200 mm adopts a bi-directional double belt design, which is suitable for the fermentation and tossing of various materials. It improves work efficiency, maximizes the elimination of dead corners during tossing, and achieves a 360-degree toss for sufficient air contact, allowing better fertilizer fermentation and shortening the fermentation cycle. The blades on the drum are made of wear-resistant plate with carburizing and heat treatment, and the service life can reach 3000 hours.
(3) Hydraulic crawler walking device: The walking system is designed with engineering-level strength and long service life. Compared with wheeled compost turners, the crawler has a larger contact area and anti-slip pattern, ensuring stable operation of the equipment. Turning and reversing are also very flexible.
